Jim Weeks is semi-retired and lives with his wife, Micki, on Grand Lake in northeastern Oklahoma. He was sports editor and sports columnist for The Norman Transcript almost 30 years. He has written three books about OU football including The Sooners: A Story of Oklahoma Football. During a distinguished career, Jim was honored by the Texas Coaches Association, The American Association of College Baseball Coaches and the Associated Press.
